As a professional with ADHD and dyslexia who spent 17 years in corporate America, I know what it’s like to succeed andstruggle inside systems that weren’t built for our brains.
I built my career in marketing, analytics, and revenue management, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and high-performing digital programs — all while quietly developing the systems I needed to stay focused, organized, and sane.
Those same frameworks now fuel my coaching and consulting practice: helping other professionals and teams work withtheir brains, not against them.
